Shipping & Returns

Thank you for shopping with us! We truly appreciate your business, whether you are a first time customer or a loyal King George Shop follower. We strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with each and every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to a defect or quality issue, we will do our best to work with you to resolve your concern as swiftly as possible. Returns

We are happy to return any unused item, in original packaging and/or condition within 30 days due to a defect or quality issue. We ask that you email us at contact@kinggeorgeshop.com to let us know what is wrong with the item and then return your item with a receipt or proof of purchase to the address below. Please do not return to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that the item was received and the amount you should see returned on your form of payment. The refund is a process and you will see a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within several business days.

It often takes several business days for a return to be posted with your bank or credit card company. If you haven’t received a refund or a have any questions at all please feel free to contact us at contact@kinggeorgeshop.com.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange any unused item, in original packaging and/or condition within 30 days due to a defect or quality issue. We ask that you email us at contact@kinggeorgeshop.com to let us know what is wrong with the item and return your item with a receipt or proof of purchase to the address below. Please do not return to the manufacturer. Depending on where you live, the ship time of receipt of exchanged product may vary.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. We are happy to return any unused item, in original packaging and/or in new condition within 30 days due to a defect or quality issue. We ask that you email us at contact@kinggeorgeshop.com to let us know what is wrong with the item and then return your item to the address below. Please do not return to the manufacturer. Once we have received the item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the purchaser had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the purchaser.

Shipping

Every item in our King George Shop is shipped free to you (within the U.S.). If you need to return or exchange your item for any reason other than it arriving defective, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Because we are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance on all returns.
